I am a Coffee Mill. Good morning! Ready for the daily grind?
Curator's Notes
Grinding coffee beans right before brewing is amongst one of the rituals most coffee drinkers can attest to being a necessary step for facilitating the perfectly brewed cup. The fineness of the ground beans affects brewing as much as the method of milling. With this manual coffee mill of wood and iron construction, designer Hiroshi Yamasaki takes us back to the basics, with an old fashioned hand crank and all! Combining a classic method with contemporary design and incredible hand-craftsmanship, this coffee mill makes coffee preparation a truly enjoyable experience so you can extract the best taste in every bean. We love how it can also be used as a pepper mill.
